Oldham based IPS Converters in the North West of England operates from a 30,000 Sq Ft production and warehouse facility close to both the M60 and M62 motorways providing easy access to the national motorway network and countrywide availability for the IPS product range.
A leading UK converter of disposable cellulose, nonwoven and polymer raw materials, IPS Converters has developed considerable expertise in the in-house manufacture of machinery and converted products for healthcare and industrial markets.
Healthcare
With nearly 40 years trading history as a supplier to the National Health Service IPS Converters has developed a comprehensive range of machine folded disposable hand towels, surgeon’s towels, wipes and laminates for the healthcare market. With a capacity to produce in excess of 100 million towels per year the Foldex range of towels is now the market leader for both the NHS and major procedure pack manufacturers in the UK.
Industrial Wiping
With access to a comprehensive range of wiping materials including DuPont Sontara nonwovens IPS Converters offers a wide variety of wiping products to meet the numerous and varied demands of its industrial customers.
Because IPS Converters manufactures its own converting machinery we can offer custom solutions to wiping requirements. We have the flexibility to work in partnership with our customers to develop new and unique products in a variety of sizes and formats which will meet their individual needs.
Wet Wipes
Investment in new converting machinery and extensive R&D has enabled IPS Converters to introduce a range of wet wipe products for use in both healthcare and industrial markets.

Accredited to ISO9001:2000 IPS Converters works closely with both suppliers and customers to ensure the highest quality standards. The CE marking of a number of IPS products in line with the Medical Devices Directive 93/42/EEC shows a further commitment to quality and safety.
